our mission The Beatrice Cultural Center is the vision of  People for Humanity, a non-profit 501 (C) 3 Organization based in Beatrice, Alabama.  We aim to: • Enhance the cultural focus and experiences within our community • Empower the community with new  opportunities for healthy social,   emotional, physical and cognitive growth • Uplift the community as a premier   destination for tourism in Alabama

Diversity is the cornerstone of humanity.  During times such as these, it is vital for  our communities to remember and acknowledge that truth. The Beatrice  Cultural Center will bring people together  from all different racial, social and  economic backgrounds and encourage  them to celebrate together, side-by-side.   The Center is designed to encourage  participation by all patrons starting with  the Urban Garden which will be used for growing food, community events, banquets, recreation and dining. We will also feature  an iconic walk of fame with flowering  trellises, which will be used to honor those who made great personal sacrifices to  make the world a better place during dark periods in our country’s history.  Would you like to help make this  community vision a reality?

The Cultural Center's  interior experience

Our Interior The Beatrice Cultural Center’s interior  will include: • Offices and conference rooms • A kitchen with a prep area • Recreational room that can seat up   to 100 people, including support spaces
